Baseball, men’s and women’s track and field, men’s and women’s golf, men’s and women’s tennis, softball, and men’s and women’s soccer.

Baseball

  • Location: Fort Myers, Florida
  • The baseball team won all seven of their games in Florida. They are currently on a 12 game win streak, with record of 12-1.

Men’s Track and Field

  • Location: Birmingham, Alabama
  • The men’s track and field team sent four men to the national meet in Alabama. Senior Karl Olsen took second in the 400m earning All-American status. The one-seed 4×400 relay team persevered through an injury to be named All-American as well. Sophomore Shawn Monroe suffered a hamstring injury 50 meters into his leg of the race. He managed to hobble through the remaining 350 meters, letting the team finish the race and be named All-Americans.

Women’s Track and Field

  • Location: Birmingham, Alabama
  • The women’s track and field team sent five women to the national meet in Alabama. The 4×400 relay team took fourth, sophomore Delia Labatt took seventh place in the 400m and senior Annika Halverson took ninth place in the mile. The relay team and Labatt were named All-Americans.
  • This is the reason that all the hard work is worth it. These moments make every hard workout on the days I really don’t feel like running worth it and I’ll never forget this. I’m proud to be apart of a team that works so hard! Delia Labatt

Men’s Golf

  • Location: Columbia, South Carolina
  • The men’s golf team played seven rounds of golf in six days at some of the best golf courses in Georgia.
  • “I think the highlight of the trip was watching an otter by the lake trying to catch fish.  Or just enjoying playing golf with the fellas.” Sam Jenson

Women’s Golf

  • Location: St. Augustine, Florida
  • The women’s golf team defeated Augsburg University 3.5-1.5 in the trip to Florida.
  • “We had the opportunity to spend Spring Break in St. Augustine, FL playing some amazing golf courses and creating lots of memories together.” Nicole Miller

Men’s Tennis

  • Location: Hawaii
  • The men’s tennis team lost against Hawaii Pacific University with a final score of 7-2. Their current record is 4-4.
  • “Going down to Hawaii was amazing.  As a team we practiced hard, played hard, and did a lot of sight seeing as well.  This trip was a bonding experience that brought us closer together as a team, creating memories that will last a lifetime.” Nich Knudsen

Women’s Tennis

  • Location: Hawaii
  • The women’s tennis team went 1-1 over their Hawaii trip, bringing them to a record of 7-2 overall.

Softball

  • Location: Clermont, Florida
  • The softball team went 4-6 during their time in Florida. They are currently 7-7 on the season.
  • I love just being with the whole team. It is super fun just being able to not only play with everyone everyday but to also be living with them as well. We share memories in Florida that we laugh and talk about the rest of the year! Megan Bode

Men’s Soccer

  • Location: Morocco, Africa
  • The men’s soccer team played four games, going 3-1. They also put on a kids soccer clinic and met with students at a prestigious university. Due to airline complications, the team was stuck in multiple groups in Morocco and in New York City. The entire team made it back safely.
  • “The Moroccans were very welcoming to us and it was eye opening to be in a predominantly Muslim country and break some of the stereotypes that we are fed in America about the Islam faith.” Kevin Hintz

Women’s Soccer

  • Location: Peru, South America
  • The women’s soccer team traveled to Peru playing games against local teams, putting on camps and exploring the country.

“Over spring break we had the opportunity to organize soccer clinics at a local school in Cusco, play games against Peruvian teams, and explore the beauty of God’s creation in peru. We made our way to Machu Picchu, one of the seven wonders of the world.”— Marnie Zilka
