Because everyone needs at least one cup of coffee on a Monday!

Coffee Shop: Caribou on Lexington

Prices: Here’s the deal with Caribou prices. You are going to spend about the same whether you go off campus to a Caribou shop, or you buy a Caribou drink from Royal Grounds.

Atmosphere: It’s quaint and small as far as Caribous go. I definitely use this coffee shop for the socializing, before homework. If I do bring my laptop, I end up on Pinterest for the majority of the time.

Seating: There is only one big table, otherwise the rest are smaller. It’s sometimes difficult to find seating for homework, but there are comfortable chairs, and outdoor seating ideal for socializing.

Music: I think I talk excessively louder than the music at Caribou, so I couldn’t tell you what they were playing.

Store Hours: Monday — Thursday: 5:30 AM — 9:00 PM

Friday: 5:30 AM — 9:00 PM

Saturday: 6:30 AM — 9:00 PM

Sunday: 6:30 AM — 9:00 PM

Holidays: Hours may vary

Location: 3673 Lexington Ave N, Arden Hills, MN 55126

Parking: There is plenty of parking, and it’s a wider parking lot making it easy to back in and out of.

Overall experience: If you’re going to take the time to go to a Caribou, it only makes sense that you would buy a beverage or food that isn’t sold at Royal Grounds on campus. My recommendations would be a Berry White Mocha (blended) or a Campfire Mocha (iced, hot, or blended are all delicious). A huge perk to this Caribou is the close proximity to Bethel, but it’s still off campus! It’s also within walking/biking/running distance!
