Arden Village’s offensive team smiles on the sidelines of the AV versus Commuter game. The coaches had split the players up into different shifts, enabling them to ensure everyone shared playing time. Between shifts, the girls cheered on their teammates and reviewed strategies with their position coaches.

Senior Christina Castañeda sits in the BUILD office alongside first-year student in BUILD Molly Thompson. Next year, Castañeda’s younger sister Cynthia will be joining the BUILD program. “She will make friends wherever she goes,” Castañeda said. “I think she’s excited to gain those friends and that independence.”
A hands-on approach to education
Junior Isaac Lange leans toward the presentation in Wednesday’s BBEA meeting. Lange is a director in BBEA,a marketing major and a football player. “[Business students should] jump in,” Lange said. “You’ll never know if you’ll like something unless you do it.”
Business beyond Bethel
