Russell Wilson and Ciara have officially listed one of Southern California’s most lavish estates, seeking a staggering $54.9 million for their 9-acre Rancho Santa Fe property, dubbed “Amor Estate.” Should they secure their asking price, it will not only mark a significant sale for the couple but also potentially set a new residential sales record for San Diego County, surpassing the existing benchmark of $50 million for a Del Mar beachfront compound sold earlier this year.

A Private Resort Built For A Quarterback And A Pop Star

The estate, accessible via a palm-lined driveway, features a sprawling 30,000-square-foot main residence housing seven bedrooms. The home boasts a striking two-story entry atrium, expansive living and entertaining areas, high coffered ceilings, covered loggias, and a game room complete with a full bar. The primary suite is a luxurious retreat, complete with its own fireplace, a custom walk-in closet with glass displays, and a dedicated glam room.

Previously, the property was home to an equestrian arena, which has since been transformed into a full football field for Wilson and his teammates, who often used the space for offseason training. Additionally, Ciara enjoys the luxury of a professional recording studio situated separate from the main residence.

The outdoor amenities are just as impressive, featuring a pool with a waterslide, a pizza oven, a sports court, a game pavilion complete with a candy bar, a two-bedroom guesthouse, and a substantial 10-car garage. A private fitness center is also included, equipped with a sauna, cold plunge, and spa facilities.

A Cross-Country Reset

Before settling in Rancho Santa Fe, Wilson and Ciara established their West Coast base in the Seattle area. In 2015, Wilson purchased a waterfront mansion in Bellevue, Washington, for $6.7 million. This impressive 10,700-square-foot home offers stunning views of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle, featuring seven bedrooms, 6.75 bathrooms, five fireplaces, and luxurious amenities including a wine cellar and landscaped grounds. In a significant move, Wilson listed this property for $28 million in 2022 and sold it in April 2024 for $21.15 million, alongside the sale of an undeveloped adjacent lot for approximately $5 million, marking their exit from Washington after Wilson’s departure from the Seattle Seahawks.

At the same time, the couple purchased a mansion in the Denver area for $25 million, setting a record for the highest-priced home sold in Denver. This 20,000-square-foot property includes four bedrooms, twelve bathrooms, an indoor pool, and extensive entertainment spaces designed for hosting family and teammates.

Their acquisition of the California estate followed shortly after, but Wilson’s football career continued to evolve. Following a challenging tenure with the Broncos, he signed a one-year deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers before moving again, this time to join the New York Giants. Their decision to sell the renovated Rancho Santa Fe estate represents a significant cross-country transition for the couple.

Record-Setting Potential

While Rancho Santa Fe is home to numerous luxury properties, listings exceeding $50 million are uncommon. Listing agent Brian Guiltinan points out that the extensive renovations, plethora of amenities, and significant acreage within a gated enclave near Del Mar Country Club make Amor Estate one of the most noteworthy properties available in the region.

If Wilson and Ciara manage to sell their estate for the asking price of $54.9 million, not only will they achieve a significant real estate victory, but they will also set a new record for residential sales in San Diego County.
